Nancy A Hurst

Nancy A Hurst, 83, of Waldron, Arkansas passed from this life on Tuesday, December 10, 2019. She was born to the late Francis and Capitola Tabor Cook on March 7, 1936 in Portageville, Missouri. Nancy loved to cook and watch movies. In addition to her parents, Nancy is preceded in death by her husband, J.T. Hurst; brothers, Johnny Hale, Eugene Hale, Travis Cook and sisters Ruby Cook and Mary Lunsford.

Nancy is survived by her sons, Travis Shepard of Waldron, Arkansas and Francis Pruitt of Bokoshe, Oklahoma; daughter, Judy A. Sapp of Jonesboro; sister, Rosie Luttrell of Kensett, Arkansas. Nancy also leaves behind, several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

The visitation will be held prior to the service starting at 1:00 p.m. on Friday.

The service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, December 13, 2019 at Emerson Funeral Home with Rev. Kenneth O’Connell officiating. Burial will be private.
