Morris Edwin Davidson

Morris Edwin Davidson 73, of Jonesboro, passed from this life on Wednesday, June 26, 2019, at the NEA Baptist Hospital. Morris was born in Battle Creek, Michigan on April 20, 1946, to the late Avis and Ritha Bibb Davidson. Morris lived in Jonesboro most of his life, was a member of the Nettleton Baptist Church and a construction worker for BB Vance.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Marcella Davidson.
Survived by his wife of 49 years, Linda Davison of the home.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 28, 2019, in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Rev. Stan Ballard and George Williamson, officiating. Burial will be private with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.
Visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. until service time in Emerson Memorial Chapel on Friday, June 28, 2019.
Honorary pallbearers will be James Nelson, Gary Smith, Wayland McClellan, Ruben McClellan, Bill McMasters and the Sanctuary Sunday School Class of Nettleton Baptist Church
