Molene Burrow Montgomery

Molene Burrow Montgomery 89, of Jonesboro died Wednesday July 24, 2013 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She was born in Lake City, Arkansas on December 19, 1923 to late Arthur Lee and Helen Mae Rushing Burrow. She had lived in Jonesboro most of her life and was a member of the Woods Chapel Church.

In addition to her parents, Molene was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Montgomery, 3 sons; Max M, Roger Lynn and Charles Dale Montgomery. 2 brothers; Orvile Lee Burrow and Kenneth Burrow. 3 sisters; Ruby Gwynn, Colyne Williams and Stella Mae Tate. Grandson; Chase Montgomery and great granddaughter; Stephanie Montgomery.

Survived by her son; Michael Duane Montgomery and wife DeRenda of Columbia, Missouri.

Sister; Dottie Harris of Jonesboro.

7 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. Saturday July 27, 2013 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Rev. Jerry Thompson officiating. Burial will be at Pine Log Cemetery with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.
Visitation will be from 9:00 A.M. until service time Saturday morning July 27, at Emerson Funeral Home.

Active pallbearers will be Tony Williams, Ronnie Williams, Calvin Burrow, Jason Arender, Larry Hensley and Spencer Montgomery.
Honorary pallbearers will be Gary Tate, Roger Williams, Billy Jack Gatlin and Randy Davis.
