Milton Emmitt Penter, 66 of Lake City passed from this life Saturday, February 26, 2022 at St. Bernards Medical Center. Milton was born August 7, 1955 to the late Lenard and Lola Mae Evans Penter in Elaine, Arkansas. Milton served in the US Marines and worked at farming. He enjoyed gardening and trying to win the lottery! Milton is preceded in death by his parents, and brother Weldon.

Survivors include 2 sisters, Ruth Owens of Bay and Nancy Justice of Cherokee Village; brother, Rayburn Penter of Bay; 3 nephews and a niece.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at Emerson Funeral Home from 2:00-3:00pm. No services will be held.
