Michelle Denise (Savoie) Steele

Michelle (Savoie) Steele, 53, of Jonesboro, died Saturday, December 17, 2016 at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. She had lived in Jonesboro for 30 years, moving here from East Hampton, Mass. Michelle was a member of the Connection Point Baptist Church in Brookland and was very active in her church community. She was always willing to help an individual or family in need. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include her husband of 24 years, Mark Steele, of the home; children, Jordan Steele and Jacob Steele of Jonesboro; April (Steele) Hayley(Chris); Anthony Steele all of Memphis; brother, Edward Savoie of Vermont; grandchildren, Brody Weatherall and Eli Steele.

A memorial service will be 11:00 AM, Friday, December 23, 2016 at Connection Point Baptist Church in Brookland with Chad White officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. All other services will be private.
