Michelle O'Meal Boling-Garland

Michelle O’Meal Boling-Garland, 58, of Jonesboro passed from this life on November 1, 2025 at NEA Baptist Medical Center. She was born May 20, 1967 in Jonesboro to the late Fred and Clara Boling.

Michelle has lived in Jonesboro most of her life, was a 1985 graduate of Jonesboro High School and was a member of Cathedral Baptist Church. She enjoyed making jewelry, coloring, and watching her favorite TV shows. She loved singing gospel music and was known for her wonderful voice. She also cherished spending time with her beloved dog, Kita.

In addition to her parents, Michelle is preceded in death by two husbands, Frank Gibbs and Jimmy Garland.

She is survived by her son, Sawyer Taylor; brother, Chris Boling and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews and other family and dear friends.

A visitation will be held on Thursday November 6, 2025 from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Emerson Funeral Home.

Funeral service will follow the visitation at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be private.
