Michael Allen Nutt

Michael Allen Nutt, 73, of Jonesboro, Arkansas died October 16, 2022 at his home. Born January 8, 1949 in Jonesboro, he was a retired welder, U.S. Army Veteran serving his country in the Vietnam Conflict, and a member of the Church of Christ in Brookland.

He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Mary Ann Nutt, of the home; one daughter, Sherry Schafer (Jeff) of Walnut Ridge; one granddaughter, Sabrina Roland, of Little Rock; and several in-laws, nieces, nephews and friends.

Officiating the service will be Preacher Jeff Heitman and Glen Leonard. Serving as pallbearers are his six brothers-in-law, Daniel Brand, James Brand, Bill Brand, Ron Brand, Jack Brand, and Roger Brand.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at Emerson Memorial Chapel beginning at 1:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow starting at 2:00 p.m. Burial will be at Pine Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations are accepted by the family.
