Michael A McGarrh departed this life on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at his residence. He was born January 21, 1959 in Joliet, IL.
He worked in the oilfield for many years. He was an avid fisherman and loved Rock N Roll! Kiss was his favorite band.
Michael is preceded in death by his father Harold McGarrh.
He is survived by his wife who he married in 1980, Marcia of the home; mother, Frankie Ferguson (James); one son, Shawn McGarrh; one daughter, Kelly Webb; six grandchildren, Damyon McGarrh, Aubrey McGarrh, Makenzie McGarrh, Kaily McGarrh, Caitlyn McGarrh, Tobie Bell; one great-granddaughter, Jade; two brothers, Bill McGarrh (Charlotte), Harold Leon McGarrh; four sisters, Tina Woodman (Mark), Sherry McGarrh, Laura McLuey (Mac), Pam Jones (Jerry); many nieces and nephews, and a lifetime of friends.
Friends may visit at Windover Baptist Church in Jonesboro, Saturday, December 3, 2022 beginning at 2:00 p.m. Funeral service will follow starting at 3:00 p.m. with Pastor Brian Beach officiating. Burial will be private.
