Michael Mccarns

Michael McCarns, 73, of Jonesboro passed away on April 26, 2017 at the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House.

He retired with 33 years as a Foreman from Farr Industry. He was a loving husband, father, and brother. His favorite hobby was woodworking. He made many things with wood, but he was known for his beautiful jewelry boxes. He was loved dearly by his family, and the love he had for his girls will be missed but never forgotten.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Warren and Mary McCarns; brother, Patrick McCarns.

He is survived by his loving wife, Dorothy McCarns of the home; daughters, Kelly Bradley (Dennis) of Salisbury, NC and Karin McCarns of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Hanna Smith (Chase) of Faith, NC and Clara Bradley of Salisbury, NC; brothers, Warren McCarns Jr. of Indio, CA and David McCarns of Carson, CA; sisters, Suzanne Nesler (Ron) of New Harmony, IN and Rosalie Bridle of Mt. Vernon, IN; and a host of other family and friends.

Graveside service will be at 3pm Friday at Nettleton Cemetery with Pastor Dave Burgess officiating.
