Michael Lee Hensley, 54, of Jonesboro, died Tuesday, October 22, 2019, at NEA Baptist Hospital. He had lived in Jonesboro for 13 years, moving here from Las Vegas. He was born in West Covina, California to Robert Lee and Kathleen Marie Hensley. He was of the Christian belief. Mike was a selfless person, always putting other's desires above his own. Mike loved his family, children, grandchildren and friends. He had a passion for college football, especially the USC Trojans, but he always rooted for the underdogs. He loved Anthony like his own son. He enjoyed watching his grandchildren play. He enjoyed riding on the backroads with his dad and his brother, Robert. He found pleasure in taking his son, Cody, on fishing trips and he never told Brooke NO!
