Micah Lea Maynard, born on November 23, 1946, passed away peacefully on September 9, 2025. A cherished member of her community, Micah's life was a tapestry of kindness and strength that touched the lives of many.

Micah dedicated her years to nurturing thoughts, fostering relationships, and sharing her joy with those around her. Her passion for life and love for her family and friends greatly enriched the lives of everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

In her memory, visitation will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025, at Emerson Funeral Home. A funeral service to celebrate her remarkable life will take place on Saturday, September 13, 2025, at Emerson Memorial Chapel, followed by burial at Lower Cane Island Cemetery.
