Melba June Ray

Melba June Ray, 84, of Jonesboro, died Wednesday, June 24, 2020, at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center.  She was born in Dell, Arkansas to Clarence Allen and Minnie Lee Nolan DuVall on June 22, 1936. She has lived in Jonesboro since 2005, moving here from Blytheville.  She was of the Pentecostal belief. She was an avid reader, and enjoyed working crossword puzzles.  She loved spending time with her family and was a great cook.  She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers and four sisters.

Survivors include sons, Roger L. Ray (Dianna); Don Ray (Jennifer); daughter, Kaye Ray all of Jonesboro; Rhonda Jordan (Walter) of Blytheville; brother, Donald DuVall of Ohio; sister, Martha Holland of Texas; 7 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
