Maxine St. Germain

Maxine St. Germain, 89, of rural Jonesboro, Arkansas, died Monday, December 31, 2007, at her residence.

Born in Peoria, Illinois, Mrs. St. Germain lived several years in California and Arizona before moving to Jonesboro 18 months ago. She was a retired secretary for Douglas Aircraft in Santa Monica, California, and was a Christian Scientist. She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd St. Germain, and by a great grandson, Chandler Austin.

Survivors include:
1 Son: Richard “Dick” Balfour and Brenda Chandler of Jonesboro;

2 Daughters: Judith Balfour of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, and
Patricia McDaris of Westminister, California;

7 Grandchildren and their spouses:
Danny and Heidi Balfour of Northridge, California,
Donnie and Carrie Balfour of Jonesboro,
Karla and Wade Stark of Jonesboro,
Angelia and Kevin Austin of Black Oak,
Russell and Kim Heistuman of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho,
Roxanne and Ronald Ruthe of Henderson, Nevada, and
Brian and Tricia McDaris of Buena Park, California; and

17 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral services and burial will be private.
There will be no visitation.
