Mattie Ruth Taylor

Mattie Ruth Taylor, 76 of Jonesboro, died Saturday at St. Bernards Medical Center. She lived almost her entire life in Jonesboro, and was of the Church of Christ belief.

She is survived by her mother, Mammie Lowery of Cabot, AR, one daughter, Rhonda Taylor Kennedy of Jonesboro, four sisters; Judy Parrish of Lonoke, Katherine Carter of Crestview, FL, Helen Faye of Cabot, AR, Janet Weyand, N. Little Rock, AR, and three brothers; Loyd McMunn of Greers Ferry, AR, Floyd McMunn of Jacksonville, AR, and Kenneth McMunn of Jacksonville, AR, as well as four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband William Doyle Taylor, her father Jessie Lee McMunn, one daughter, Debra Ann Carter, and one sister, Rosa Lee Tomlinson.

All services will be private.
