Matthew "Matt" Thomas

Matthew “Matt” Thomas, 37, of Jonesboro, died Saturday, November 5, 2016, at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. He was a life-long resident of Jonesboro and was of the Pentecostal belief. He was preceded in death by his father Carlyn Thomas.

Survivors include his wife, Tammy Thomas of the Home; sons, Michael Thomas; Matthew Thomas II; daughters, Katelyn Thomas; Madelyn Thomas; mother, Cathy Thomas, all of Jonesboro; brothers, Michael Ostermiller (Misty) of Lake City; Kevin Thomas (Sindi) of Jonesboro; sister, April Rodriguez (Pedro) of Blytheville.

Graveside services will be 2:30 PM, Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at Pine Log Cemetery with Rebecca Lapiro and Jason Stallings officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers are Michael Ostermiller, Kevin Thomas, James Lemmons, Eddie Mills, Geoff Hollis, Jackie Morris, Jacob Findley and Berry Barkley. Honorary pallbearers are Pedro Rodriguez and Billy Britt Sr. Visitation will be from 12:30 until 2:00.
