Matayo Issaih Harris

Matayo Issaih Harris, 25, of Jonesboro passed away Monday, August 19, 2024 at his home. He was born October 8, 1998 in New Port Richey, Florida. Matayo enjoyed listening to music, playing video games, watching anime and eating his sister’s cooking. He really loved his dog Midnight, who he treated like a daughter and pestering everyone, that was his way of showing love. Most of all he loved spending time with family and friends and being a proud older brother.

Matayo was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Alma Jones and paternal grandmother, Alice Sanchez.

Survivors include his mother, Lacotesa Harris of Jonesboro; father, James Williams of Lake City; maternal grandfather, Rodney Harris of Jonesboro; brother, James (Jessica) Williams Jr. of Jonesboro; sister, Makayla Williams and fiancé Johnathan Brown of Jonesboro; nephew, Zhyare Brown and niece, Ja’myla Williams.
