Mary H. Smith

Mary H. Smith, 90, of Jonesboro passed away on Monday, January 26, 2015 at Lexington Place in Jonesboro. She was born on May 11, 1924 in Lake City to the late John and Leora Haag. Mary retired from Southwestern Bell and was a member of Walnut Street Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband: Carey Smith; Brothers: Curtis Haag, Nelson Haag, and Herbert Haag; Sisters: Johnnie Mae Brownfield, Hazel Vincent, and Jane Fulenwider.

Mary is survived by one sister; Lessie Stubblefield of Jonesboro.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with Bro. Emil Williams officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
