Mary Shasteen, 86 of Jonesboro, died Wednesday at her home. She had lived in Jonesboro for 62 years and was a member the Nettleton Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by a daughter; Sherry Day, her parents, and five brothers.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Doyle Shasteen, of the home; her daughter, Dianna Duffel and husband Larry of West Plains, MO, two sisters; Zeta Pearl Dallas of Marked Tree, AR and Daisy May McCowan of Grand Rapids MI, two grandchildren; Steven Duffel and wife Christy of Willard, MO, and Bryan Duffel of Memphis, TN, as well as three great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held from 5-7 Friday evening at Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
Funeral Services will be conducted at the Nettleton Baptist Church at 2:00 on Saturday with committal to follow at Caraway Cemetery.
Harold Ray and Stan Ballard will be officiating the service.
