Mary Elizabeth Robinett

Mary Elizabeth Robinett, 83, of Jonesboro passed from this life on Sunday April 28, 2013, at the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice house with her loving family at her side.

Mary was born November 29, 1929 in Tulsa, OK to the late Henry and Mary Ashlock. Mary and her husband Jack have lived in Jonesboro since 1961, moving here from Trumann. Mary was able to enjoy being a homemaker most of her life, and was a member of Nettleton Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two brothers, Buster and Lawrence Ashlock; five sisters, Blanche Mathis, Dollie Wilson, Laura Davis, Edna Niswonger, and Martha Smith.

Survivors include her husband of 64 years, Jack Robinett of the home; two sons, Jackie Robinett and his wife Barb of Tumbling Shoals and Eddie Robinett and his wife Sue of Jonesboro; three grandchildren, Jarrett Robinett and his wife Laurel of Belleville, NE and Josh Robinett and his wife Jessica of Jonesboro, and Natalie and Brian Graue of Oakland, TN; and three great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Monday night from 5-7pm at Emerson Funeral Home.

Services will be Tuesday morning at 10am in the Emerson Memorial Chapel with Dr. Stan Ballard officiating. Burial will follow at Nettleton Cemetery with Emerson Funeral Home in charge of all arrangements.

Honored to serve as pallbearers are Brian Graue, Richard White, Jarrett and Josh Robinett, David Smith, and Jerry Ray Smith.
