Mary Katherine Kelley

Mary Katherine Kelley, 65, of Jonesboro, died Tuesday, October 27, 2009, at Three Rivers Nursing Center in Marked Tree.

Born in Jonesboro, Mary lived a few years in Mesquite, Texas, but resided most of her life in Jonesboro. She was a retired L.P.N. and a member of First Assembly of God in Jonesboro. She was preceded in death by her parents, Arval and Ethel Richey Kelley; by 3 brothers: Ray, Olan and Nolan Kelley; and by 2 sisters: Etta Bruner and Sarah Beebe.

Survivors include 2 daughters and a son-in-law: Mary Lea Daily of Jonesboro, and Amy and Dallas Gillett of Paragould;

4 brothers: Oscar Kelley of Little Rock, Charles Kelley of Kansas City, Larry Kelley of Quitman, and William Kelley of Jonesboro;

4 sisters: Joyce Pressgrove of Cordova, Tennessee, Freda Henson of Mountain Home, and Jo Ann Hickey and Sandy Massey, both of Jonesboro;

7 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2:00 in Pine Log Cemetery with J.W. Gibbs officiating. Visitation will be held Friday from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Emerson Funeral Home.
