Mary Jane Anderson, 80, of Trumann, Arkansas, died Sunday morning at her home.
Born in Auburn, Missouri, Mrs. Anderson lived much of her life in California before moving to Trumann last year.
She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband: Austin Anderson; by a son: Larry Dean Alberson; by a grandson: Gary Eugene Alberson; by a great granddaughter: Britany Dawn Alberson; and by 3 brothers and 1 sister.
Survivors include:
3 Daughters: Linda Dunlap of Evening Shade, Arkansas,
Brenda Hill of Trumann, and
Carolyn O’Neal of Porterville, California;
2 Sons: Jerry Alberson of Cherokee Village, Arkansas, and
Randy Anderson of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas;
2 Sisters: Carolyn Stoll of O’Fallon, Illinois, and
Joann Beel of Normandy, Missouri;
18 Grandchildren,
29 Great Grandchildren, and
6 Great, Great Grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at 2:00 in Emerson Memorial Chapel in Jonesboro, Arkanasas, with Rev. Gerald Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in Herman Cemetery near Jonesboro.
Active pallbearers include: Donald Hill, Jr., Danny Dunlap, James Dunlap,
Jerry Alberson, Jr., Kelly Alberson and Gary Jeffers.
Honorary pallbearers include: Randy Hinton and Steven Stoll.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening, 5-8, at Emerson Funeral Home.
