Mary Etta Griggs, 66, of Cherry Valley died Sunday at her home. She had lived in this area most of her life and was a member of the Church of Christ.
She is survived by one son, Stephen Griggs of Cherry Valley; one brother, Danny Hicks of Bay; one sister Regina Osbourne of Marked Tree; and two grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Bruce Lee Griggs; parents, Hosea and Mary Lois Hicks; and several brothers and sisters.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
