Marvin Louis Presley

Marvin Louis Presley, age 86, of Memphis, Tennessee, departed this life on November 5, 2024, at The Kings Daughters & Sons Home in Bartlett, Tennessee. Born on May 4, 1938, in Trumann, Arkansas, to the late Jessie and Louvie Presley, Marvin grew up with a strong sense of family and community. He was a devoted member of Trumann Church of Christ.

Marvin's life was filled with the joys of the outdoors—he loved hunting, fishing, and gardening. His happiest moments were those spent with family and friends, sharing stories and creating lasting memories.

He leaves behind a legacy of love and family, survived by his children: two sons, Rickey Louis Presley of Jacksonville, Arkansas, and Marvin Duane Presley of Conway, Arkansas; a daughter, Debra Brasfield of Memphis, Tennessee; two brothers, Raymond Presley of Southaven, Mississippi, and Harold Presley of Cherokee Village, Arkansas; and one sister, Marie Harrison of Cherokee Village, Arkansas. He is also remembered by his five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren who brought immense joy to his life.

In honoring his wishes, burial will be held privately. Marvin’s family and friends will hold him in their hearts, cherishing the memories of a life well-lived.
