Martha Ella Stahl Andrews

Martha Ella Stahl Andrews, 88, of Jonesboro, passed from this life Wednesday February 15, 2022 at St. Bernards Medical Center. Martha was born in Trumann on July 25, 1933 to the late Bea and Willie Stahl. In addition to her parents, Martha is preceded in death by her daughters, Janet Hall and Baby Wilma Joyce Pierce; grandson, Jim Goad; sisters, Willibea, Lois, Ruby, Betty Jean; and fur baby Hoppy.

Martha lived most of her life in Jonesboro where she was a member of Mt. Olive Pentecostal Church. As a homemaker, she was always busy. You would often find her out working in the yard. Martha had quite the green thumb. She was always tending to her flowers and garden. When she wasn’t out in her garden, Martha loved visiting garage sales and flea markets. Most importantly, Martha loved spending time with her friends and family.

Martha is survived by her husband, Bill Andrews of the home; daughters, Barbara Carter (Larry) of Jonesboro and Linda Maness of Harrisburg; brother, Cleo Stahl of Jonesboro; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

The family would like to acknowledge Bill Andrews for making the last 4 years some of Mom’s best years. Bill, you will always be a part of our family.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. Burial will be private.
