Martha Lee Maggard

Martha Lee Maggard, 64, of Truman, passed from this life on Monday August 1, 2011 at her home.

Martha was born on December 18, 1946, in Nettleton, to the late Ray and Geneva Reed. Martha was a homemaker. She was always very involved in her children’s life, and had a special place in her heart for all her grandchildren and great grandchildren, and will be missed by all that knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Leathel Woods; and a brother, Billy Ray Reed.

Survivors include her husband, Leonard Maggard of the home; three daughters, Vicky Maggard and Linda Hastings of Trumann, Ronda Moreno and her husband Don of Lunsford; a son, Leonard Wayne Maggard and wife Crystal of Trumann; three brothers, Ronnie Reed of Dixie, David Reed of Jonesboro, and Luther Reed of Bay; a sister Johella Miller of Trumann; twelve grandchildren, Brandon Maggard, Jessica Montogemery, Mathew Maggard, Michael Moreno, Leta Hasting, Nicholas Moreno, Victoria Hasting, Logan Webb, Ian Nix, Adam Phillips, Audrey Maggard, and Geneva Maggard; and six great grandchildren, Benthany Maggard, Landon Montogemery, Aaron Maggard, Mackenzie Moreno, Trevor Moreno, Cammeron Montogemery.

Pallbearers will be Slade Reed, Emmitt Reed, Stephen Wilhite, Bobby Lee Buttler, Zachery Buttler, and Glen Wallis.

Honorary Pallbearer is Adam Goza.

Funeral Service will be at 3pm on Thursday in the Emerson Memorial Chapel. Visitation will be 2pm until service time with Bro. David Adams officiating.
