Mark Edwin Williamson

Mark Edwin Williamson, 44 of Jonesboro died at his residence Wednesday. He was born in Marietta, Georgia to Robert V. and Wilma Long Williamson. Mark lived in Jonesboro since 2010. Mark was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, proudly serving his country for 6 years. He worked at Nucor Castrip as a maintenance electrician. He was of the Baptist faith.

Mark is preceded in death by his grandparents, his father Robert Verlon Williamson, and wife Janie Williamson.

Survivors include his mother, Wilma Williamson of Turtletown, Tennessee; 2 sons, Anthony Ross Williamson of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Spencer Ryan (Candy) Williamson of Fort Campbell, Kentucky; 1 brother, Keith DeWayne (Debra) Williamson of Turtletown, Tennessee; and 1 grandchild, Marshall Williamson.

Visitation will be Saturday, July 27, 2013 at Emerson Memorial Chapel from 5-7 P.M. with services starting at 7 P.M. Keith Williamson will be officiating.

Burial will be private.
