Mark Richie

Mark Richie, 50, of Bay passed from this life Thursday, March 15, 2018 at his home surrounded by his friends and family. He was born in Trumann on November 13, 1967 to James Douglas and Jennette Richie. Mark spent his entire life residing in Bay where he was also a member of the First Baptist Church in Bay.

Mark was an avid Duck Hunter, who also loved to fish.

Mark is preceded in death by his grandparents: Oda(Cecil) Ashlock and Odell(Kathryn) Richie.

Mark is survived by his wife of 25 years, Angie Moon Richie, of the home; son: Drake Richie (Camille Hatcher) of Jonesboro; parents: James Douglas (Jennette) Richie of Bay; sister: Lori (David) Hundley of Jonesboro; Nieces and Nephews: Chase Hundley, Ben (Faith) Hundley, Mack Hundley, Jackson Hendrix, Cody Hendrix, Raylan Willbanks, and Mallory Willbanks; sister in law: Stephanie(Erik) Willbanks of Trumann; mother and father in law: Jackie(Brenda) Moon; and a large group of his very close friends who were referred to as “The Boys”.

A visitation will be from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Emerson Funeral Home.

A memorial service will be at 5:00 p.m. Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Kevin Barnett officiating.

Honorary pallbearers will include a large group of Mark’s closest friends referred to as “The Boys”.
