Marion Theodore Ray

July 5, 1935 — May 10, 2010

Marion Theodore Ray, 74, of Ravenden Springs died May 10, 2010 at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro.

He was born in Hutchinson, Kansas and had lived in Ravenden Springs for 33 years, moving there from Ft. Wayne, Indiana. He was a truck Driver for CFI, Army Veteran and of the Baptist belief.

He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Helen Mandeville Ray, one brother and 3 daughters.

Survived by his wife Mary Ray of the home.
Four sons; Theodore Ray, Anthony Ray and William Charters all of Ft. Wayne, Indiana. Michael Ray of Florida.
Three daughters; Linda McNeal of Albion, Indiana, Jeanette Smith of Houston, Texas and Julianna Ungerank of Corning, Arkansas.
Three brothers; Vernon Ray, Charles Ray and Donald Ray all of Ft. Wayne, Indiana.

Two sisters; Viola Lahrman and Mary Barrand both of Ft. Wayne, Indiana.
17 grandchildren and several great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.

A memorial service will be at 4:00 P.M. Sat May 14, 2010 at Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Ravenden Springs with Bro. Matthew Donner officiating. Burial will be private with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.
