Mario Limones

Mario Limones, 60 of Cash passed from this life Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at St. Bernards Medical Center.  He was born January 20, 1962 to Carmen Limones and Jenoveva Gonzalez in San Pedro, Coahuila Mexico.  From Mexico, Mario made it to the United States and settled in Cash, Arkansas.  He became an American citizen and was a farm hand for the Cureton Farms for over 26 years.  Mario had worked for 3 generations, Tom, Michael and Josh Cureton.  He considered them his second family. Mario enjoyed making tacos, liked listening to music, loved to be with family and loved sports.  He enjoyed going to the kids games. He was of the Catholic belief. Mario is preceded in death by his parents; son, Mario Limones, Jr.; grandson, Mario Limones III and brother Sergio Limones.

Survivors include Mario’s wife, Juana Cazares Quiones, 4 daughters, Carolina Limones Cazares, Blanca Patricia Limones Cazares, Azidiadeth Limones Cazares and Adia Aracely Limones Cazares, all from Rio Bravo, Mexico; 6 sisters, Angelita Limones, Carmela Limones, Petra Limones, Gloria Limones, Romy Limones and Luputa Limones of Weslaco, Texas and 11 grandchildren. Mario also leaves behind many cousins and his special aunt Francisca Salazar.
