Margaret (Aunt Dood) Troxler

Margaret (Aunt Dood) Troxler, 98, of Jonesboro, died Saturday October 17, 2009 at Ridgecrest Nursing Home in Jonesboro.

She was born in Delta, Mississippi and lived in Jonesboro most of her life, moving here from Lepanto. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist belief. She also loved to build houses.

She was preceded in death by her husband Nick Troxler and two brothers; Jimmy Floyd and Exie Floyd. Three sisters; Lola Bradford, Lois Humble and Perlie Hanners.

Survivors include several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday October 20, 2009 at Emerson Memorial Chapel, with Reverend Don Vuncannon officiating. Burial will be at Strawfloor Cemetery, with Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro in charge.

Pallbearers will be Winston Lovelace, Terry Hill, Buck Hill, Rocky Hill, Mikie Noles and Ed Way.

Visitation will be from 5-7:00 P.M. Monday October 19, 2009 at Emerson Funeral Home.
