Malcom Hunter Sr, 58, of Jonesboro passed from this life on August 10, 2018. He was born to Bobby Hunter and Diann Roleson on January 14, 1960. Malcom was the great grandson of Sylvester Haney who helped raised him. He was a member of the 1977 graduation class of Nettleton High School. He attended Central Baptist Church. He was a lineman for Craighead Electric before becoming a welder at Best Manufacturing. When Malcom was not working he enjoyed hunting and fishing. Malcom was preceded in death by his father, Bobby Hunter; and grandparents, Ray & Wilma Henson and Andrew & Margaret Hunter.

Malcom is survived by his mother, Diann Roleson; daughter, April Moss (Matt); son, Malcom Hunter Jr (Tonya); sister, Julie VanRiper (Doug); brother, Shawn Roleson (Leigha); grandchildren, Chase Hunter, Piper Moss, and Ian Moss; Malcom also leaves behind five nieces and two nephews.

A visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Saturday, August 18, 2018 at Emerson Funeral Home.

Burial will be private.
