Malachi Dean Franklin

Malachi Dean Franklin, infant son of Jamie and Lisa Goad Franklin of Jonesboro, was born on Tuesday, November 13, 2012 at St. Bernards Medical Center and entered into eternal rest later that afternoon at the medical center.

In addition to his parents, other survivors include his maternal grandparents, Ronnie and Sharon Goad of Jonesboro; paternal grandparents, Darrell and Louise Franklin of Wynne; maternal great grandmother, Maxine Goad of Jonesboro; paternal great grandparents, Wayne and Lenora Franklin of McCrory; aunt and uncle, Angie and Steven Price of Jonesboro, uncle and aunt, Matthew and Melanie Franklin of Mountain Home; and 3 cousins, Noah Price of Jonesboro and Maya Bizzle and Evan Moore, both of Mountain Home.

Malachi was preceded in death by his maternal great grandfather, Cecil Goad; maternal great grandparents, Claude and Maudie South and paternal great grandparents, Charles and Catherine Miller.

Funeral services will be held Sunday afternoon at 2:00 in Emerson Memorial Chapel with
Don Blackmore officiating. Burial will follow in Nettleton Cemetery.

Tim Ponder and Shawn Duff will serve as pallbearers.

There will be no visitation.
