Mabel Latting Croom Linebaugh

Mabel Latting Croom Linebaugh, 96, of Jonesboro, died, Tuesday, December 8, 2020, at Craighead County Nursing Center.  She was born in Saffell, Arkansas, moving to Jonesboro in 1961.  She was a member of Faith Freewill Baptist Church.  She was preceded in death by her husbands, Lewis Croom and Grady Linebaugh; her parents, Abe and Jinny Latting; daughter, Jeneice Dulaney; brother, T. J. Latting Jr.; sisters, Ola Sharp, Ila Saffell, and two stepsons, Wayne Linebaugh, and Larry Linebaugh.

Survivors include her daughter, Ina Gibson (Mike Owens) of Jonesboro; step-daughter, Debbie Sullivan (Roger) of Walnut Ridge; brothers, Abe Latting, Jr.  (Bonnie) of Moline, Illinois; sister, Marie Sharp of Jonesboro; Treva Voyles (Charles) of Jacksonville, Arkansas; grandchildren, Shawn (Amy) Gibson; Christy Gibson; Chad Dulaney (Lori); great grandchildren, Ethan Gibson, Caitlyn Caubble (Jonathan) and Colin Dulaney; numerous step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M., Thursday, December 10, 2020, at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Kenneth Winningham, Chuck Fitzgerald officiating and Phyllis Curtis as Eulogist and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.  Burial will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery with Winred Saffell, Reginald Saffell, Oren Latting, Greg Latting, Gale Linebaugh, Rob Curtis, and Mike Owens serving as pallbearers.  Honorary pallbearers are the Men of Faith Freewill Baptist Church.  Visitation will be from 1:15 until service time.  Due to COVID, all health precautions will be observed.
