Ludy "Mike" Michael Spicer

Mr. Ludy Michael Spicer “Mike”, 65, of Jonesboro formerly of Paragould departed this life on September 9, 2022 at his residence. He was born August 31, 1957 in Jonesboro to the late Ludy Spicer and Rosemary Wheeler.

Mike was employed at Riceland in Jonesboro for several years. He enjoyed eating, especially his wife’s cooking, driving big equipment, he loved his job, and would do anything for his grandbabies. Mike went to Florida this past year, and was able to see the ocean for the first time. He loved being able to share that moment with his family.

In addition to his parents Mike is preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Mazie Wheeler.

He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Norma Spicer; two step-sons, James Cameron Hedge            (Kristin) of Jonesboro, Randall Nickolas Yates of Corpus Christi, TX; seven grandchildren, Ryan, Alana, Dylan, Cameron, Kurt, Livi, Annabelle; and a life time of friends.

Family will announce a Celebration of Life at a later date.
