Lucille Henson

Lucille Henson, 80, of Jonesboro died Sunday, November 18, 2012 at her residence of natural causes.

She was born on May 21, 1932 in Bono to the late Willie and Novie Smith. She was a loving mom and grandmother. She loved being with her family, and was of the Baptist.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Carroll Henson.

She is survived by her son, Larry Henson and wife Kimberly; two daughters, Peggy Sue Webb and husband Larry of Pocahontas and Lisa Ann Upton and husband Robert of Alabama; one brother, Lewis Smith of Jonesboro; one sister, Lois Staggs Brewer of Jonesboro; six grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 10:00 am until service time Wednesday in the Emerson Memorial Chapel.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 am Wednesday November 21, 2012 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Bro. Marion Stringer officiating. Burial will follow at Old Enterprise Cemetery will Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Pallbearers will be Robert Marshall, Billy Hughey, Steve Griffin, Doug Mathis, Chuck McDaniel, and Albert Upton.
