Lucille Ola Bell

September 24, 1920 — September 5, 2006

Lucille Bell, 85 of Bono died Tuesday, September 5, 2006 at St. Bernards Medical Center. She has lived in Jonesboro most of her life and was a member of Mt. Carmel Methodist Church. She was a member of the Needlecraft Club.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph “Pappy” Bell; her parents James and Ina Battles and one sister Margaret Battles.

James Ralph and Pauline Bell, Bono, Arkansas,

Daughter
Ina Bell Ishmael, Crawley, Texas,

Brother
James “Sonny” Battles, Russellville, Arkansas

Sisters
Neva Sue Reed, Ida Lee Guthrie and Clora June White, all of Monette, Arkansas, and Helen McDaniel of Harrisburg, Arkansas.

Grandchildren
Kenneth Carter, Randall Carter, Tammy Moore, Ralph Preston Bell, Cindy Hayse, John David Ishmael, Jeffery Ishmael, and Jennifer Grant.

Visitation will be from 10 – noon at Emerson Funeral Home on Friday, September 8, 2006.
Graveside services will be 1:00 P.M. Friday at Trinity Cemetery near Bono with Bro. Bill Thornton officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
