Louise Woods

Wanda Louise Woods, 85, of Jonesboro, died Thursday, September 12, 2013, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House.

Born in Imboden, Louise lived in Trumann before moving to Jonesboro in 1967. She was a homemaker and attended First Assembly of God on Stone Street. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Woods, Jr., her parents, Darrell and Sadie Benson Fullington, and by a brother, Cecil Fullington.

Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law: Gary and Margie Woods of Jonesboro;

A sister and brother-in-law: Lorene and William Cook of Russellville; and

2 grandchildren: Scott Woods of Jonesboro, and Stacey Garretson and her husband Doug of Garland, Texas. She also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2:00 in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Rev. Matt Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Harrisburg Memorial Park.

Pallbearers include Larry Cook, Tim Arwood, Randall Jernigan, Brawn Wallin and Jimmy Gibson.

Visitation will be Monday afternoon from 1:00-2:00 in Emerson Chapel.
