Louise Dudley Jones

Louise Dudley Jones, 84, of Jonesboro, died Wednesday, May 4, 2016, at The Villa in Deland, Florida. She had lived most of her life in Jonesboro. Louise was a member of Nettleton Baptist Church. She loved to fishing, gardening, and spending time with her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Dudley, her parents and one brother.

Survivors include her husband, Lawrence Jones of Jonesboro; sons, James Emerson (Suzanne) of Harrisburg; David Dudley (Judy) of Lake City; daughter, Phyllis Barker (Bill) of Astor, Florida; sister, Jean Hall of Knoxville, Tennessee; 4 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be 2:00 PM, on Monday, May 9, 2016, at Nettleton Cemetery with Stan Ballard officiating. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be from 12:30 until 1:30 at Emerson Funeral Home.
