Louise Beard

Louise Beard, 75, of Weiner, died December 13, 2010. She was born in Whitehall, Arkansas and lived in Weiner since 1963, moving there from Trumann.

She was a retired factory worker for Frolic and was a member of the Weiner Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Erskine and Lona Roberts Green, brother; Leroy Green, daughter; Teresa Beard and two half brothers; Raymond and Jimmy Swindle.

Survived by her husband of 57 years; Walter Beard of the home.
Two sons; Mike Beard and wife Shelia of Weiner and Timothy Beard of Jonesboro.

Daughter; Linda Ivy and husband Randy of Jonesboro.

Half sister; Dora Hawes of Harrisburg.

Sister in-law; Nancy Green of Jonesboro.
5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. Thursday December 16, 2010 at Weiner Christian Church, with Revs. Tim Burgess and Dan Douglas officiating. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery in Weiner. Emerson Funeral Home in charge.

Pallbearers will be Jordan Beard, Ryan Ivy, Austin Ivy, Jordan Wood, Rick Kizer and Buster Trammel.

Honorary pallbearers will be Toby Sutton, Keith Bise, Weiner Cardinal Basketball Team, Ladies Sunday School Class and dearest friends; Sam and Vera. Also her many good friends.

Visitation will be from 12:00 Noon until service time at the Weiner Christian Church December 16, 2010.
