Louis William (Bill) Biskup, 68, of Jonesboro passed away on April 6, 2015 at St. Bernard’s Medical Center. He was born in Monaca, Pennsylvania on April 16, 1946 to the late Louis and Margaret Shipley Biskup. Bill had lived in Jonesboro for 8 years, moving here from Pembroke Pine, Florida. He was a service technician for Sears and a member of the Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. He was an Army 1st Calvary Division Vietnam Veteran. Bill loved fishing, hunting and woodworking.
In addition to his parents; he was preceded in death by his sisters; Peggy Bennett and Charlotte Bebout.
Survived by his wife Martha Biskup to whom he married on June 8, 1968 of the home.
Daughters; Kimberly VanLeeuwen and husband Pete of Jonesboro and Amy Emmons and Keith Emmons both of Jonesboro.
Grandson; Tyler Emmons.
A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday April 8, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. in Emerson Memorial Chapel with visitation starting at 4:00 P.M. on Wednesday. Burial will be private with Emerson Funeral Home in charge.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to the St. Bernard’s Foundation, 400 East Street, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401.
