Lori Walker

Lori Walker, 48, of Jonesboro, died July 10, 2013 at her home. Born in Ft. Benning, Georgia, she had lived in Jonesboro since 1994. Lori was there to help her family and friends. She was always supportive, loving, caring, willing to listen, and there no matter what. She loved her children and adored her grandchildren. She enjoyed watching Elvis movies and the Lifetime Movie Channel. She loved her dogs, Kandee and Shuggar. She will be greatly missed.

Lori is survived by her husband of 30 years, Mike Walker, Jonesboro; her children, Brian Wilson, Batesville, Preston Walker, Jonesboro, Dillon Walker, Batesville, Kristen Walker, Jonesboro; her father, Bob Wilson, Hoxie; her grandchildren, Katelynn Wilson, Lauren Wilson, Tyler Huffman; and her brothers and sister, Shawn Wilson, Dale Wilson, Jennifer Wilson, all of Jonesboro.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Emoree Wilson; grandmother, Nancy Woody, aunt, Vicky Chamberlain; and uncle, Bill Wilson.

Graveside services will be Monday, July 15, 2013 at Oak Forest Cemetery in Black Rock at 2:30 p.m. Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Serving as pallbearers will be Rick Wilson, Preston Walker, Brian Wilson, Dillon Walker, Mike Walker, and Shawn Wilson.

Visitation will be Monday 10:00 – 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
