Loretta Marie Branch

Our beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and friend, Loretta Marie Branch, went to be with the Lord on May 13, 2020 at St. Bernard’s Hospital. Loretta was born August 24, 1953 in Tyronza.  She married her true love and best friend of 45 wonderful years, Michael Branch.  She is survived by her son Ben and wife Deanna: Addison, Levi and Luke, daughter Leslie Caldwell and husband Mitchell; Keely, Lexee and Slade, mother Mary Voyles Stanley, brothers Fairl Voyles (Sandy), Kenny Voyles(Annette), Keith Voyles, and sister Candice Hawks (Greg)- and a host of nieces, nephews, brothers and sisters in-laws.

Loretta was a kind, beautiful lady with a fighter’s spirit.  She loved her family and lived to see her grandchildren play sports and cheer- whatever they loved, she loved, too.  She worked in banking for 26 years as Vice President of First Delta Bank in Marked Tree, retiring due to health reasons.  She made life-long friendships with her co-workers and customers and missed the people she helped.

Her smile, zest for life, laugh and hugs will be tremendously missed.  It will be difficult not seeing her in the bleachers or on the sidelines cheering for her grandchildren, but she will be there in spirit- cheering and encouraging them to do their best and be kind.

God gained an Angel and we lost one on Earth.
