Lois K. Williams

Lois K. Williams, 92, of Jonesboro, died Monday, January 11, 2016 at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House. She had lived in Jonesboro since 2005, moving here from Montgomery, Alabama. She was born in Greenway, Arkansas to James Albert and Flora McKenney. Lois was a member of the First Christian Church in Jonesboro. While living in Montgomery, she worked as a volunteer with assisted living residents and was a member of the Women’s Missionary Union. She enjoyed sewing and quilting and had, made over 100 quilts since her retirement. Lois was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include her grandchildren, Sean Dale and Dewayne Dale and three great grandchildren, other relatives, family and friends.

A memorial service will be 2:00 PM Saturday, January 16, 2016 at the First Christian Church with Jerry Wilcox officiating. Burial will be private and there will be no public visitation.
