Lois Jo Harvey

Lois Jo Harvey, 60, of Jonesboro, Arkansas, died Tuesday, September 5, 2006, at her home of natural causes.

Born in Jonesboro, Mrs. Harvey lived in Bay, Arkansas, before moving to Jonesboro several years ago. She was a homemaker and a member of Apple Hill Church of Christ.

She was a 1964 graduate of Bay High School and was preceded in death by her parents: Lois Thomas Taylor and Addie Gennetta Morrison Taylor, and by a sister: Lurlene Taylor.

Survivors include:

Her husband: Harold Harvey of the home;

1 Son: Jared Harvey of Jonesboro;

2 Daughters: Julie Counts of Purcellville, Virginia, and Jennifer Cohu of Clarkston, Michigan;

1 Brother: Pat Taylor of Jonesboro;

3 Sisters: Eileen Wade of Plymouth, Indiana, Lapez Dooley of Brookland, and Judith Taylor of Jonesboro;

6 Grandchildren: Jake Harvey, Dillon Harvey, Kylie Cohu, Camerson Cohu, Cole Counts and David Counts.

Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 11:00 at Emerson Memorial Chapel with Johnny Harvey officiating. Burial will follow in Nettleton Cemetery.

Pallbearers include: Mike Dooley, Chris Dooley, Clay Holt, Ryan Holt, Jake Harvey, Ross Taylor and Tom Gaddy.

Visitation will be held Friday evening from 5-8 at Emerson Funeral Home.
