Lloyd Carroll Pinchback

Lloyd Carroll Pinchback, 87 of Jonesboro passed from this life December 29, 2020 at the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House with his family by his side. He was born to the late Garland and Edith Pinchback on December 30, 1932 in Jonesboro.

Lloyd lived all of his life in Jonesboro and was a member of First United Methodist Church. He enjoyed hunting with his brother in-law Benny Billings. He spent his later years helping take care of his grandson. Lloyd enjoyed trips to Branson and Disneyworld with his grandsons. After many years of working, Lloyd retired from General Electric.

In addition to his parents, Lloyd was preceded in death by his wife Corene Pinchback; sister, Dorothy Jean Billings.

Lloyd is survived by his daughter Kim (Jimmy) Alexander of Jonesboro; brothers, Kenneth (Marilyn Hartin) and Ellis Ray Pinchback both of Jonesboro; grandchildren, Ashley (Tim) Hoggard, Jordan Alexander, and Zachary Alexander all of Jonesboro; and great-grandchildren, Max Hoggard, Emma Hoggard, and Kate Hoggard all of Jonesboro.

Visitation will be from 12:30p.m – 1:30p.m, Saturday, January 2, 2021 at Emerson Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 2:00p.m at Philadelphia Cemetery with Dustin Ichida and Matt Knight officiating.
