Linda Landreth, 60, of Jonesboro passed from this life on November 20
th
, 2017 at her home. She was born on July 3
rd
1957 in Springfield, Missouri to Elbert “Bert” and Jeanette Landreth. Linda lived most of her life in Jonesboro, where she worked as a deputy clerk at the Craighead County Clerk’s Office for 33 years. She was a devoted member of the Walnut Street Baptist Church. Linda enjoyed flowers and gardening, as well as stamping. She loved her family dearly, and was a devoted daughter, mother, and grandmother “Yaya”. She was preceded in death by her father Bert Landreth, as well as one brother Beany Landreth.
She is survived by her son, Alex (Eve) Sterling of Bono; mother, Jeanette Landreth of Forsyth, Missouri; brothers, Tony (Ginger) Landreth of Jonesboro; Bumper (Robyn) Landreth of Clever, Missouri; sister, Cindy (Pete) Rhodes of Olathe, Kansas and one grandchild, Lily Sterling of Bono.
Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday November 25 th , 2017 at Walnut Street Baptist Church with Brother Glen Putman officiating and Emerson Funeral Home in charge of arrangements. Burial will follow at Jonesboro Memorial Park Cemetery. Honored to serve pallbearers are Clint Rhodes, Clay Rhodes, Josh Landreth, Caleb Landreth, Coby Landreth and Wesson Landreth. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time.
