Linda Karen Blain, 50, of Jonesboro, died Friday afternoon at NEA Medical Center in Jonesboro.
Born at Portsmouth, Virginia, Mrs. Blain lived most of her life in Jonesboro. She was a homemaker and attended the Church of God in Prophesy on Race Street. She was preceded in death by her father: Charles Johnson and by a sister: Lisa Johnson.
Survivors include:
Her husband: Donny Blain of the home;
2 Sons: Gary Nanney, II, of Lakeland, Florida, and Forest Blain of the home;
3 Daughters: Angela Johnson of Cherokee Village, Stephanie Tally of Susanville, California, and Cheryl Blain of Jonesboro;
Her Mother: Emma Reynolds of Jonesboro;
4 Brothers: Charles Johnson of Perry, Georgia, and Gary Johnson, Ronnie Johnson, and David Johnson, all of Jonesboro;
1 Sister: Pam Vaughn of Jonesboro’
10 Grandchildren; and 10 Nieces and Nephews.
A memorial service will be held Saturday afternoon, February 25, 2006, at 3:00 p.m. at the Church of God of Prophesy on Race Street in Jonesboro.
