Linda Christine Scott Hogan, 58, of Jonesboro died on October 21, 2011, at the Flo & Phil Jones Hospice House after a courageous battle with cancer.
Linda was the born on April 16, 1953 in Kenosha, Wisconsin to Troy Lindsey Scott and Lucille McGee Scott. She had lived in Jonesboro for the past 23 years. She was a former business owner of the Fabric Warehouse, and was an active member of the Valley View High School PTA, and an avid supporter of the Valley View Fine Arts Department.
She was preceded in death by her father, Troy Lindsey Scott, and a son, Vincent France.
She is survived by husband Jerry Lewis Hogan of the home; two sons, Josef Patrick France of Little Rock and William Scott Lewis Hogan of North Little Rock ; mother, Lucille McGee Morgan of Cedar Bluff, Alabama; three brothers, Bobby Scott of Mountain View, Jimmy Scott of Bryant, and Terry Scott of Lonoke; three sisters, Mrs. Harold Munn (Brenda) of Forrest City; Mrs. Steve Stevens (Lisa)of Memphis, and Mrs. Mike Brannon (Teresa) of Cedar Bluff, Alabama; three grandchildren, Callie France, Andrew France, and Tanner France, and a host of other family and friends.
Services will be Sunday at 2pm in Emerson Memorial Chapel with Jeff Clack officiating and Emerson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Burial will follow at McDaniel Cemetery in Jonesboro.
Visitation will from 6pm to 8pm on Saturday, October 22,2011, at Emerson Funeral Home.
