Linda Furnish

Linda Furnish 69, of Jonesboro passed from this life Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Nea Baptist Memorial Hospital. She was born November 1, 1945 to the late Merl and Mary Sheppard in Covington, Kentucky. Linda has lived in Jonesboro for the past 25 years coming from Latonia, Kentucky. She attended the South Caraway Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents Linda was preceded in death by a son, Tommy Furnish; 1 brother, John Haney and 1 sister, Matty Shirk.

Survivors include her husband of 49 years, Thomas Furnish of the home; daughter, Karen Furnish Mills (Jay) and 1 brother, Robert Adams Jenny).


Graveside service will be Monday, June 8, 2015 at 10:00 am in Nettleton Cemetery with Don Martin officiating.

Visitation will be Sunday, at Emerson Funeral Home from 5:00-7:00 pm.
