Linda Frye

Linda Gail “Lynn” Frye, age 62, of Brookland, died Wednesday at her home of natural causes.

Born in Lexington, Tennessee, Mrs. Frye lived in Orlando, Florida before moving to Brookland in 2002. She was a retired office manager for Signius Telecommunications in Winter Park, Florida, and was of the Baptist belief.

She was preceded in death by her husband: George Frye, Sr.; by her father: Lester Eason; and by a brother: Billy Joe Eason.

Survivors include:
Her Mother: Rita Eason of Memphis;

4 Daughters: Stephanie Patton of Jonesboro,
Joyce Botkins of Little Rock, and
Sandra Howard, and
Jen Cassell, both of Kissimmee, Florida;

1 Brother: Jack Nunnery of Brookland;

1 Sister: JoAnn Johnson of Brookland;

8 Grandchildren: Lisa Mitcherson, Tommy Mitcherson, Wesley Botkins, Violet Braziel,
Lee Yates, Chris Yates, Ashley Cassell, and Kasandra Cassell; and

1 Great Grandson: Franklin Elledge.

Graveside funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 11:00 at Macy Cemetery near Monette with Emerson Funeral Home of Jonesboro in charge of arrangements.

Visitation will be held Saturday morning from 9:00-9:45 at Emerson Funeral Home in Jonesboro.
